Michael Heiderman
CEO
In addition to business interests in Naples, Michael and his family are involved in the community and have volunteered in several of the places in which they are members of, including Conservancy of Southwest Florida, Naples Botanical Garden, and the Naples Zoo. Michael himself has volunteered as a coach at Naples High. Michael, his wife, and their four daughters reside in the heart of Naples in a JVM built home constructed in 2017. He and his wife greatly enjoy watching their three daughters partake in Irish dancing, hitting golf balls, and participating in swim meets with the River Park Roosters swim team.

Michael combines the hard nosed mentality of the Northeast through his father’s family with the more subtle approach of his mother’s family, who are based just south of Green Bay Wisconsin in Appleton. Michael's creativity and desire to create stemmed from his semester abroad. He studied art and architecture in Madrid at Reina Sofia, the Prado, and the Thyssen-Bornemisza and traveled extensively during the semester. Since then he has become bi-lingual and a very curious individual looking to expand his horizons by doing what he loves.
After graduating from Villanova University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Michael began working for a builder and developer on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Michael then moved to Charleston, South Carolina and began his four year tenure with Buffington Homes, a luxury, custom home builder in Kiawah Island. He was quickly placed in charge of all of the firm’s pre-construction efforts. In 2010, Michael moved to Naples, Florida and established JVM Construction. JVM has overseen the renovation of over 200 properties, along with dozens of new construction single family residences, multi-family dwellings, medical and restaurant spaces and new construction commercial building.

Juan Reynoso
Construction Administration Lead
Originally from the Dominican Republic and possessing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Juan moved to the US to pursue another degree at NECC in Massachusetts. His career in the States began at Chipotle where he was a General Manager for 7 years and managed everything from guest satisfaction to inventory to employees. A stint as a Managerial Assistant taught Juan skills in payroll, taxes, accounting and finance. In 2016 Juan worked for Allstate Mechanical as an Office Manager where he used his skills as a translator and helped to orchestrate a smooth working operation.
Juan is the Construction Administration Lead. Through his hard work ethic, ability to think outside of the box and his attention to detail Juan has been a pivotal part of JVM since 2017. Juan, his wife and their two children reside in Naples.
Greg Fleming
Director of Custom Construction
Greg graduated from Salisbury University in 1990 with a B.S. in Business Administration and immediately entered a job in hotel management. He progressed to a role as General Manager at a 200+ room hotel for Marshall Hotels & Resorts and handled all aspects of running the hotel including marketing, financial reporting, supervision of capital improvements, creation of annual operation budgets, and employee hiring and firing. Greg also has experience as an entrepreneur, having run a business selling unique advertising space at event areas. Additionally, he had a business which performed tenant unfits for various hotel projects. For JVM, Greg serves as a project manager.
Greg excels in the challenging and dynamic environment associated with running a construction project, and skillfully handles whatever situation he encounters. Greg also possesses a terrific working knowledge of the hands on intricacies associated with high end construction.
Lissette Tineo
Senior Accountant
Originally from the Dominican Republic, Lissette moved to Naples from Atlanta, Georgia. She received a degree in Accounting from Santiago University of Technology, UTESA. Lissette oversees all of the day to day finance and accounting functions for JVM. She has over 24 years of professional accounting experience including real estate and office management. Her past jobs have also included customer service giving her superior interpersonal and communications skills.
Lissette joined JVM as a highly dedicated individual, committed to learning and mastering new skills while bringing new and innovated ideas to the table. She possesses strong initiative and self motivation, maintaining smooth operations at JVM.
